About the Wine:
Moillard-Thomas is one of the oldest wine merchants in Nuits-Saint-George. And since the 19th century, the Moillard family name has been synonymous with incredible Burgundy wines. They work with a network of quality winegrowers to bring together the finest grapes from premier cru vineyards. For this Premier Cru Chablis, they ferment the grapes separately – part in barrel, the other in stainless steel. After 12 months of ageing with regular lees stirring for complexity, the wines are then expertly blended.
