
WHITE’S Pumpkin Sour Cocktail
Recipe
- 50ml MR. WHITE’S GIN
- 30ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 1 tsp of pumpkin puree
- 15ml Egg white, 30ml Aquafaba or 10 drops of Ms. Better’s Miraculous Foamer
- A few dashes of orange bitters
Method
Dry shake all the ingredients (in a cocktail shaker with no ice) for around 20-30 seconds; then add ice and shake again for another 20 seconds. Double strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass or Coupe glass. Garnish with one slice of dehydrated orange and a sprig of thyme.
