RETURNS TO MANCHESTER THIS FEBRUARY

Basil is coming back to Manchester…and he’s bringing Sybil, Manuel, and plenty of mayhem with him!
Following sell-out seasons across the UK and internationally, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience – the multi award-winning immersive dining phenomenon – returns to voco Manchester City Centre from Tuesday 13 to Sunday 15 February 2026.
Manchester audiences can once again enjoy a quintessentially British experience as Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve up two hours of theatre, chaos and a 70s-style three-course meal in the most infamous hotel restaurant in British comedy history.
For these dates, the cast will feature Aaron Millard as ‘Basil’, Rebecca Norris as ‘Sybil’, and Simon Hourihan as ‘Manuel’.
Performances will take place at voco Manchester City Centre, 59 Portland Street, Manchester. On Tuesday and Wednesday, doors open at 6:45pm with seating and the show beginning at 7:30pm. On Sunday, doors open at 12:45pm with seating and the show beginning at 1:30pm. Tickets start at £67.50 per person including booking fees, with all tickets including a three-course meal and the full two-hour immersive experience. Devised by Alison Pollard-Mansergh, Andrew Foreman and others, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience has hosted residencies in the UK and internationally since 2008, appearing in 43 countries and welcoming over a million guests. A loving tribute to the BBC’s legendary sitcom, the show is 70 percent improvised and totally immersive – offering diners a seat at the most infamous hotel restaurant in British comedy history.
Highlights in the show’s legacy:
- 2009: First London performance in Covent Garden
- 2012: Launch of the first West End residency
- 2019: One millionth guest welcomed at Edinburgh Festival Fringe
