Schedule some fun yet energetic activities into your holiday plan and you can break a sweat without even trying. Plan some long walks along a beach or hike up to the top of a nearby hill. Even going for a daily swim in the pool or the ocean will do wonders for your health. If you are having a city break, just taking a long walk to explore your surroundings and get lost in the back streets is enough.

Beware the sun

When travelling to exotic destinations, the sunny weather is one of the biggest draws. But you can have too much of a good thing, and if you’re not careful, excessive exposure to solar radiation could have disastrous consequences for your skin.
